i myself have seen shinnaberry conducting county buisness with his wife with him. is this a conflict of interest? and if its not it should be how come the rules dont apply to our county police and our county officials? everything ive been taught in my upbringing and in school has been flushed down the crapper. when i see that the rules dont apply to them it makes me feel stupid and it makes me wonder why i try to be an upstanding citizent. i guess its a good thing that they can get by with corruption because if we all did what we wanted they would really have their hands full. norman i hope you get to read this u da man
